Desolation Emperor, Venom Overlord

Behold the (Non-canon based) Brother of the Overlord! This was inspired by "Dragonic Overlord" from "Cardfight!! Vanguard". It's the long lost brother of Dragonic Overlord who was not handed the sword(s) of apocalypse because it was thought to be a danger to everyone (including it's own clan), so it was sealed away but has now returned. I wasn't sure however if it should even be Kagero or not, since originally I was aiming for a "Poison" style design, while Kagero has more of a flame dragon theme.
