Emissary from the Lost Dimension, Kibir

Meet and greet my newest character design!! I call him "Emissary from the Lost Dimension, Kibir"! "Kibir" means "Vanity" and I wanted to give him this name since I thought it would be cool to make like a new group of characters that are fresh from my bizarre imagination hahaha! He was originally gonna be a character called "Phantasm Algos", but then I kinda went mad with (Art) power and changed it...
