Imagine, if you will, a timeline where Paradox never lost the duel against everyones favourite trio. A timeline where when "Malefic Truth Dragon" was destroyed, Paradox somehow managed to survive and then becomes a sort of time god!~

Little trivia I wanted to throw in as well, his name literally translates to "Master of time". I know his goal was not to control time but rather to destroy Duel Monsters, but the way how he was presenting himself in the duel made me think this name would fit him most.
